  1. Compliance & Curriculum Control
    All training content is developed and maintained in line with current first aid guidelines, regulatory requirements, and recognised industry standards. Course materials are reviewed regularly to reflect updates in legislation or best practice.

  2. Instructor Qualification & Monitoring
    Trainers are appropriately qualified, certified, and experienced. Instructor performance is monitored through observations, learner feedback, and periodic competency reviews.

  3. Training Delivery Standards
    Courses are delivered using structured lesson plans, approved learning materials, and standardised assessment methods to ensure consistency across all sessions.

  4. Assessment & Validation
    Learners are assessed using approved assessment tools to confirm competency against required learning outcomes. Assessment decisions are validated to ensure fairness, accuracy, and consistency.

  5. Resources & Equipment Control
    Training equipment, facilities, and learning resources are maintained, fit for purpose, and regularly checked to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.

  6. Feedback & Continuous Improvement
    Learner feedback, incident reports, and internal reviews are analysed to identify areas for improvement. Corrective actions are implemented, documented, and monitored for effectiveness.
